Site Plans: When I worked at a Commercial Real Estate company, I would occasionally create Site Plans in order to show potential clients what the entire property entails, including: buildings, square footages, parking spots, & nearby streets/highways.

It was also helpful for the client to see nearby companies so that they could gauge the foot traffic. So, I would sometimes create Aerials showing nearby stores, restaurants, gas stations, hotels, etc.

Here are other various marketing materials & event flyers that I created for the same Commercial Real Estate company.

One Commercial Real Estate project that I'm proud of was this Marketing Proposal. I was just given typed out information & property images, & was tasked to create a proposal for an upcoming property for sale.

I also worked in the Food & Beverage industry promoting custom Refrigeration & Displays. Here are some of the informational flyers I created for the website, also known as Sell Sheets.

The last company I worked for was a Mortgage Coaching company. Here are some of the sales flyers & graphics I made for them.

I also designed the branding for various events for that same Mortgage Coaching company​. This particular event ended up getting cancelled, but I still wanted to show this design style. The event was called "Hero's Summit", & was supposed to be held in AZ.
